Back to nature living with a short bike ride to the most beautiful beach ever
Lovely back to nature setting, very quiet and peaceful
The WiFi wasn’t great however the team moved us to a better villa which solved the wifi issue

Wir hatten eine Pool-Villa, der Pool war leider nicht sauber und das Licht im Pool hat auch nicht funktioniert Nur zwei Liegestühle, kein Tisch und Stuhl draußen Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht!!

Good addition to the Thailife wellness resort
Mainly because of the facilities provided by the Thailife welness resort, this is a good option. The bungalows have a more modern look compared with those at Thailife and for a better price. The main added value however is the fact the both the staff and the fa ilities of Thailife are also available.
The wifi is useless and I can’t understand why this hasn’t been fixed a long time ago. Reading the comments in booking.com this is something that is going wrong for a long time and it is easily fixed. Wifi at Thailife at breakfast, in the Spa or at the beach all just work fine. Booking.com should revise the description and remove the wifi service when nothing is done to fix this. WIFI THAT IS NOT WORKING = NO WIFI = FALSE INFORMATION. I was also a little bit disappointed by the reply of Thailife reception when mentioning this at check-out. It seems that for check-in/check-out and paying the bill the reception of ThaiLife is available for handling TheHipResort customers but for handling complains they refer to the hipresort management which is to my knowledge not present. I think I was one of the first customers of the hip resort and I do notice that similar to the Thailife resort the normal wear and tear could be managed more closely. Don’t wait until things fall apart before intervening, be more proactive. E.g. The provided bikes are not really safe anymore and need to be replaced with updated versions. This will result in a better perception and lower costs in the long run.
